The program sheds light on gender bias that is holding women back in the workplace
NAPLES, Fla., February 12, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Chief Financial Officers and senior-level executives from Fortune 1000 companies will soon come together for the 2020 Chief Financial Officer Exchange this February. Attendees will participate in a hands-on workshop led by LeanIn.Org on “50 Ways to Fight Bias.” The activity highlights specific examples of gender bias in the workplace and offers research-backed recommendations for what to do.
This year’s CFO Exchange will also present a panel called “Women in the C-Suite.” This intriguing discussion will be centered on the topic of gender diversity in executive positions and composed of leading women executives in the finance industry. Sitting on this panel will be Shivani Bhatia, Vice President Shared Services from Berlitz, joined by Kyrah Coker, Vice President Finance at National Roofing Partners, and Jacinth Smiley, Vice President, Chief Administration Officer at Lyondell Basell. The discussion will be moderated by Archana Gilravi, VP Partnerships at LeanIn.Org.
